Chef Sean Thueson is a Certified as Chef de Cuisine by the Culinary Institute of America. With over 20 years culinary experience, he joyfully shares his lifelong love affair with food... with you. Chef Sean's innovative cooking blends fresh flavors of the Pacific with Northwest American cuisine, as well selection inspired from the "Old World".
